Final day of being on course for Level 2 certification. It was all business today as we were being tested on our teaching and riding abilities. We jumped on the gondola and immediately got started. In the morning we taught carving turns and in the afternoon we taught sliding turns. I felt equally confident on both of my lessons and my fellow course takers gave me positive feedback. I also felt my riding had improved since Monday and was up to course standards. Everyone in our class of six passed. I'm glad the course is over. I'm a bit sad the season has come to an end. It feels like it just got started. I had big plans on what I wanted to do this season and I feel like I didn't do anything but work. Oh well.... can I really call this a job anyhow? I do remember a few great pow days when Alli was in town. Blackcomb is open until the end of July for skiing and riding, however, I doubt I will be making any more turns this year. Bring on the bike park!!
