On Day 47, Simon and I headed out for a long lunch break. It was great to get out of the office, especially when the weather is so nice. We took a blue run down from Solar Coaster to Excelerator Chair. Since I had never been up Glacier Express, Simon decided I should give it a try. Being a bit of a chicken, I made him keep me on the easier runs and we stayed away from the double black diamonds the Kiwi normally runs. The snow was wonderful up there. We headed towards the Crystal Chair and followed Ridge Runner (my favorite Blackcomb blue run) back to Excelerator. I wasn't ready to go back to my desk, so we headed up Excelerator one more time. Followed the blues down from there.... me taking my time, and Simon ripping it up!!!!
