Day 106 | Peak to Cheek

Back to work today and I was lucky enough to teach three of my returning AC kids.  Once again the forecast called for rain but it was sunny with cloudy periods for most of the day.  We took a mid-station lap with Myles and five other level fours to sort out the split.  After that we managed to squeeze in a couple of runs on Whistler before heading in for 11am lunch.

We went to Blackcomb in the afternoon.  We raced at the GMC Race Center twice and ran through the Terrain Garden three times.  The day went by super fast as the kids were really fun to hang around with.  By noon the temps had really heated up, warming up the snow and making it soft and slushy.  On our last run down the kids did penguin slides.  This group of kids are all leaving tomorrow but hopefully they will be back next season.  I think only one is old enough for Ride Tribe next year.
